bushman car fridge/freeza

Hi people i would like to give a shout out to bushman , i have recently bought a new bushman 35 litre car fridge as i am getting ready to go away i tried it out to discover it was not getting down to below -14c so i rang bushman explained what the problem was and told them i were on my way on a fishing trip within the next week. There response was fantastic they had a replacement fridge on express freight Melbourne to Perth the next morning it arrived here in Perth 4 days later with instructions on how to send the old one back to them at there expence. I know bushman are expensive but being able to contact them direct and get the after sales service i received makes it feel not so expensive. I am now a happy camper

Bushman after sales service is second to none.  Direct factory contact, pleasant, reassuring phone manner, super efficient, quick, parts shipping. I have had a Bushman Fridge for 10 years with only 2  minor probs. and both dealt with in a more than a professional manner (no cost parts for either prob.). I wish that all business's were like Bushman.  The Bushman has performed faultlessly for the rest of the time - a great Product.

The same goes for Trail Blazer!

My 60L one lasted for 22 years before the power unit gave up. After much consideration I had it replaced by TB & it's on its second life, now mainly used as a backup to the house fridge/freezer in an extended power break.

I had a couple of hiccups first time around - phone calls to TB at Caloundra got those sorted. Yay for Australian manufacturers!
