Jaycar or RTM (same thing) Brass Monkey.
I have the small one and purchased the optional high rise lid which increase capacity and allows a 1 litre milk carton to stand vertically but not quite tall enough for a wine bottle

Very power efficient and can be used as a freezer down to Minus 20

G'day Dave,

Take a peek at the 4x4 Superstore, they have the Kings range and it's a big range with great choices and great prices. I got a 45lt for the back of the Collie and very very impressed. It has the advantage of 12v or 240v. Fridge or Freezer.

A few mates and my daughter in Townsville have since got one each as well and also very impressed. You can go into a store if you have one close by and grab an in-store bargain if you are lucky or go online and order and get delivered. Thy have great sales every day. I originally ordered online for pick up next day and when I got there, there was an instore bargain that day, so they cancelled original order, and I got the extra discount one. $30 cheaper is $30 cheaper.

Keep Safe on the roads and out there.

I have a brass monkey 15 lt and a 22 lt. They are used for different jobs at different times. Had the 15lt for 3 years, I think it is the best one of the two, I use it as a fridge only. Brass monkeys do use more power, but I use the 15lt only on my 38ah gel with the 80 watt folding solar panel. That is all I need for 2 weeks camping in spring and autumn. In summer I use 2 x 38ah gel's with the same panel for the 22 lt. I am quite happy with both fridges and great warranty. Anytime you have issues( i've had none), you can take them back to Jaycar. In winter I use my 3 way, as I go out for months at a time, so gas is better then.

Another vote for the little Brass monkey fridges from Jaycar, I have two, the 8l and 15lt, both work very well.
My son uses an 8lt at work and it runs 24/7 either in his car or in whatever truck he is driving. The first one just stopped after 3 years, took it back to Jaycar and they just gave him a new one which is now a similar age and still going strong.

I have the Brass Monkey 15l one - It's been great for years and just the right size for your cans and some lunch as well.
