 They have not sold yet, if you read it

" We are going on the road again,We will need to sell everything to do this if we want to do this amazing lifestyle,it is what we must do"

So they are considering the options ,and asking for advice before they take the plunge.

I wish them well whatever the choice.

Hi J and M,

Any of the options you state should be ok if you still have sufficient capital.

Some buy into retirement villages, some reside in caravan parks, some buy small dwellings in cheaper rural towns.

I'm sure you will work it out.
