Diesel Heater Remote.

Not sure how this has happened but we have lost the remote control for our heater, which was working perfectly and manually probably still is.

Hubby purchased a new remote and can't pair it. 

Has anyone got any tips tricks they could share so we can get this crossed off our To Do list before we travel again
