Gentrax are one of the many cheaper gennies often out of China. I have a 2200watt one with a different brand name on it. Looks identical. Paid about $500 for it 9 years ago. Can't fault it. It does exactly what it says on the tin and starts every time. Even has electric start if I ever get around to replacing the start battery. Is it as good as a Honda? Possibly not, but at the price and it has never let me down, I would certainly buy another one.

Probably one of the biggest makers of gennies out of China.

I have a Gentrax knockoff, 3.2kv/3.7kv, 150cc, 4stroke, pure sine wave, easy pull start and also, remote electric start.

Bought several years ago for $700 on Ebay delivered. Yep, $700. Has never failed to start & run.

Battery eventually failed after 3 years so, instead of replacing it, I wired it up with an Anderson plug/cable to the Van's external 12V Anderson.

Hi all; We have a Gerntrax 2Kva inverter generator for our caravan. It is only used for the battery charger when we do not have enough solar input and our house batteries are starting to get down. Works like a charm. Starts 1st or 2nd pull of the cord. Bought it brand new around 2.5 years ago and have used it half a dozen times. It has also doubled as a emergency power for when we loose power at home for a few lights and tv. Again no problems.
