Hi Ronzo. I have an 18 foot Windsor van with single axle. I replaced my tyres with Kumho light truck tyres. Bought three and I think they were about $300 each from memory. Really pleased with them and glad they were my choice.

Very hard to answer your question regarding tyres for your purposes.

We run kumbo Crugen 235/75 R15. Rated at 1030 kgs load rate.

Our  dual axle caravan has approximately load of 2500kgs on the 4 tyres.

Much better then the silly off road tyres the caravan come with. Quieter on the road and a small fuel saving to boot.
