Can anyone tell me where in melb i can get my webasto diesal cook top serviced ?

Rang a few caravan and motorhome places no luck !

would appreciate any help .

Webasto will give you contact details. Be prepared for a huge bill. Mine needed a new control board. Tiny board with few components on it was $600. I did most of the work getting it out. Agent in Adelaide supplied and fitted the board and was so embarrassed by the price that he didn't charge for labour. (which was just as well because he stuffed it up and I had to pull it out again and fix his mistake) Never again will I buy webasto products

spent all morning trying to find an authorised service centre that will do the service !!

Contacted webasto head office they gave me an address etc ... rang them up and they said they dont service them !!!!!!!

Told me that webasto are doing it tough at the moment no one buying these cookers !!

I can certainly understand why ..... No one in victoria to do the service !!

Will be gas next time .

Too slow :)

Most people I know who had them got rid of them.

Our new build will have lots of solar and batteries and an induction cook top.

They are slow to heat up no wonder newer models of my vehicle come with a gas stove instsead !! getting them serviced nightmare 

pull over and make a quick cuppa .. just use the microwave instead 

 

 

no more said eh !

Spoke to a webasto agent at camping show melb and he doesn't know anyone that services a webasto diesal cooktop !! apparently no authorised technicians around any more !!!!!!

straight from the horses mouth ...    shouldn't be selling them if theres no authorised service agents around disgraceful !!
