Some viewers of this vid suggest definite benefits. As a kid in Qld probably had a Coconut every year growing up.

 Open the U Tube selection, Copy the Https link (highlight link, then Ctrl + C) - go to document/forum entry (Alt+Tab) click on page, then paste (Ctrl + V)
