Caravan Camera connect to Jeep Grand Cherokee

Putting it out there to Jeep Grand Cherokee owners who have installed and connected a caravan camera to their vehicle.

My caravan has a rear camera and was previously connected to another vehicle.

I now want to be able to connect the caravan camera to a Jeep Grand Cherokee (2018).

I understand that a second camera can be integrated into the system.

What parts are required and what is the procedure of the integration?

There does not seem to be technical information available on the Internet of the wiring procedure from towbar to dash display unit.

Hi Richard,

I dont have a Jeep Cherokee but just wondering whether you are talking about wiring to the dash head unit or wiring to a monitor mounted on the dash.

 Thanks Stretch.

Found a link to a seller in Sweden that sells what I am looking for in integrating additional cameras to the head unit.

It's called a RAX Jailbreak by CustomTroniX of Sweden and although dear it does the integration of cameras through the head.

I found it through the forum link that you posted.

Good one mate!
