Hi people,
Just a quick one, as I am from WA and don't know QLD roads that well I have a quick question on the suitability and drivability on the from Dayboro to Mt Mee to Woodford Rd for a 21 ft van.
Many thanks in anticipation
Cheers
Dave and Paula
The road between Dayboro and Woodford via Mt Mee is only good for young fellas on cafe racers, might be easier to turn off at Kilcoy exit and going up the Daguilar H'way.

It is doable, I personally have done jt number of times, with a semt trailer and a caravan in tow.
Going up from Daybaro is ok its the coming down the other side you need to be careful, take it nice an easy or just take the hwy and take the kilcoy exit after the Bribie island turn off.

As Cassie has said it's OK , and the road up the hill is a nice drive, but the descent is quite steep. I was in 1st gear for engine braking but still had to touch the brakes occasionally. No big deal though, and the nice scenery makes it well worthwhile. If you spend your life travelling only on good highways you're going to miss much of what travelling is all about. Just do it! Cheers
