There are many places on the Fleurieu Peninsular that are worth spending some quality sightseeing - even going up to Burra a great place to spend a couple of days.

You can always tackle longer trips when weather settles.

Go west young man.

SA Peninsulas, Nullarbor, Kagoorlie & the Goldfields, & by the time you've done that the South West Corner of WA should be warmer.

Guess it depends how long you are wanting to go for.

Gday Archy,

You could literally spend weeks on the Eyre Peninsula and the west coast of SA.

The area is steeped in Aussie history.

A while ago I visited the Visitor Centre in Elliston and found the people there very helpful. As I love Australian History I bought a couple of great books with facts about the districts.

Port Lincoln offers a great national park as does Coffin Bay and surrounds.

I find the Eyre Peninsula one of best areas for no fuss travel.
Many coastal and inland areas offer free camping which is seldom crowded.
There are large regional towns for supplies and services and the people are generally very friendly.
I see you are in Adelaide so it is fairly convenient as well.
Have a camera with you as a lot of the coastline is spectacular.

Enjoy your travels and stay safe,
