Went on a camping trip, came home found my left door not opening.
checked every thing child lock, unlock/lock/unlocked, the lever in the door. nup wouldnt open (other doors all ok)
found if I force the lock lever up & while opening the door it would open.
right side lock lever, up/down noprob, left lever wouldnt go up unless I forced it (& wouldnt stay up so having to open while forcing up)
time to pull MORE things apart :)

getting the handle off was the HARDEST bit trying to find where the wire was & howto get it off
use molding tool to push down feeling for the center shaft and pushing down offside push the wire clip out.
If you dont have kids you can leave the clip out, the handle will stay on when you open or close (unless you PULL :)
after trying everything I bit the bullet & order replacement (both left& right, may as well :) finally arrived (took ages but knew it would & I had a work around in the meantime)
Top is the faulty one, bottom is the new one. cant get the top to do the same as the bottom

that screw (yes I dropped it & never found it but was replaced :) & the 2 on the door to remove outside handle (theres a video on youtube that will also show how, not mine)
remove handle first (after screws where out still difficult to get off, block of wood & hammer from other side did the trick POP :)
remove connector & the 2 cables (should be obvious howto) & 4 nuts & wiggle the unit out
Reverse the process & all done
I've kept the replaced left & right units as the right one still works & a backup. & the left still works but might be fixable once I workout why.
