I doubt there are constitutional restrictions with the nationality of a UK PM although either gaining UK citizenship or, at the very least, a UK permanent residents visa would probably be an electrol advantage. However, again, I doubt there are constitutional restrictions on her PMing from Australia over Zoom? Although the Cabinet may get grumpy.
