I use a Sony A65 DSLR with a Tamron 150-600mm lens.
Wife uses a Nikon D3300 DSLR with a Tamron 250-600mm lens.

Nice bit of kit, sadly my wife has no interest in photography, but she often tags along.
I swap between a Canon 90 D + 500 F4 + 1.4 TC and a Nikon D500 + 200-500.
Finding my Canon 500 F4 a bit too heavy to lug around these days, and my Gitzo Tripod with Wimberly Head weighs just as much. I still handhold most of the time now, but it's becoming harder with shoulder problems giving me grief.. I am no longer a member of Birdlife Australia, but every now and then they use one of my photos for their magazine...the last one has a picture of mine in the Western Whistler article.
