I have just come out of the flu. About 8 days. Day 3 to 7 really bad. In bed all the time, but couldn't lie down as legs hurt too much. Worst I have ever had it. Other half didn't get the flu.

Disclaimer, we have never had flu shots.

Now we have monkeypox to worry about. Those who've had a smallpox vax should be OK, though.
