Had a look at them but didn't like the idea , opted for the next gen they are awesome and unlike the elephant ears they only increase the width about 50mm when pushed in .
Mmmm, I had never heard of them so asked my good mate Mr Google. Personally, I wouldn't bother. I have the original Clearviews and love them. Best thing ever. In fact, I would never leave home without them.

Clear view mirrors could possibly be a contributing factor to caravaning accidents. Too many drivers enjoying a wonderful view of where they've been & not looking where they're actually going.
Can not see the value in Clearview mirrors, and I think they look big and bulky.
At, what, close to a $1000, I will stick to my Brunnsgaard, they are so good and at a quarter the price
