NCE 12 Volt Oscillating Fan

I am interested in comments from anyone who has purchased and uses the NCE 12 volt oscillating fan.

Yeah, it is expensive and there a lots of alternatives, but I would like some user comments.

From the specs, it seems to be about as energy efficient as the Sirocco fan. It lacks a delayed turn off setting, but does oscillate.

I mounted one of those in the centre vent above bed . So it can draw nice cool outside air on hot nights . Connected to light circuit . So can be also turned off or on
From
Light switch beside bed . Naturally fan works with another switch on
light turned off . On low its almost silent !
Mounted horizontally.

I like its specs. especially current consumption but damn! it is expensive at $205:

They don't spec. L/per min of air movement so it's suck it and see but I'd be looking for a money back guarantee if not satisfied.

Bought two of these and mounted vertically to the cupboard ends facing the bed, nice and quiet.
RV Online had them for $309 for two so not badly priced.
Only one complaint which is being handled by NCE is that one of the remotes didn't work for oscillation so hopefully will get a replacement remote soon.
