Looks more like a human trap, mosquitoes wouldn't fall for that!

Recently I was in the bathroom, exhaust fan on, then a mosquito appeared, I couldn't move at that stage without dire consequences!

Tracking it in the bathroom I was eventually in a state that I could kill it.

The bugger went down to the very narrow gap under the door which has a very strong draught due to exhaust fan & flew out. I would never have believed it until I saw it.

Found the bugger the next day, fortunately without blood.
