Grey Nomads Podcast

HI all
listened to the podcast about reversing your van that appeared in my GNF feed yesterday

Amusing how he blamed her and she blamed him, the stuff about walkie talkies and shouting at each other was good (or not so good)

The last bloke who puts 20c on the ground after pacing out the distance seems interesting

The other option is to pull out some folding stuff and pay someone else to do it and sit back in your fold out chair and watch with the assembled onlookers ?

biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

I am a bit old fashion.

A. With podcast, you need to listen to most of the podcast to get any idea about what they are bubbling on about.

B. With written matter if you like the second paragraph you can read further or skip to the end.

The title was a bit misleading, it was more about the antics of reversing.

Will probably not waste my time listening again.

I liked this last one, about Ken, Cycling at 73 yo on a lot of trips around OZ, if you want to know what's involved in cycling Australia, and what I do, then just listen to the podcast. I have been waiting like Ken for covid issues around borders etc, to be over so I can do another, trip from Birdsville to the Stuart Hwy NT. As the last 2 attempts have been cancelled mid trip, due to no fault of my own ( actually the last one was a bit my fault, I let Milo off to have a run 250km Northwest of Birdsville and he took off on a scent, which later I realised was a Dingo bitch on heat, took our spare 2 days and extra food and water to find him, so I had to return to Birdsville) I really just want to do one more really remote trip, then stick to doing more localised roads, with the occasional trip to SA, VIC, and QLD.
