A lot people would have heard of the place.

 

Queensland's oldest caravan park, Newmarket Gardens, has serviced tourists, celebrities and all walks of life since the 1950s.

For decades, it's been the ultimate hotspot for travellers on a budget, housing hundreds of motorhomes.

But after 65 years in the business, owners have decided it's time to close up shop, leaving dozens of caravans and cabins up for grabs.
