Looks like the Yanks have been buying up CVPs in the NT.

no I think you have it arse about face, the Delaware Group (The Yanks) have sold off these properties to the G'Day group which is based in Adelaide ran by Grant Wilckens.

G'Day Groups has Discovery Parks, Top Parks under in its banner.
