has anyone done that road lately? towing a 23 footer, what is the best route?

A bit late, maybe you have already left, but, we have just come through that area 5 weeks ago.
Although we did not travel that particular road we did several others in the area, they all seem to be well maintained and I would think the road mentioned would be similar, in fact probably better than most.
