It is interesting: many women have asked this question of me when a natural silence has occurred in conversation, no man ever has (mind you I don't sleep with men), and they are never satisfied when generally my, truthful, answer is "Nothing" which means I'm just pausing in the moment, gazing into the fire, absorbing the stars, communing with nature man. Nothing.
I can only surmise women do not do such?
Women are strange and unusual creatures.
