Probably deserves to be in the I digress forum, the ABC's biased reporting is far from a joke.

The Australian has the ABC firmly in its sights, this is a quote from the Four Corners program The Big Lie, a hit job on Rupert Murdoch and Fox News.

"Its time. Ita Buttrose, are you listening? Its time to crack heads; to bring to heel the zealots within the ABCs ranks who believe they have no need to heed the public broadcasters charter and editorial guidelines that demand accuracy and balance.

Itas responsibility, as ABC chairwoman, is to uphold its legislative charter. This does not allow for partisan frolics such as Sarah Fergusons Four Corners special The Big Lie, the first part of which was broadcast on Monday night.

The program was a full-frontal hit job on Rupert Murdoch, News Corp and the US Fox News channel. It had a septic odour, as if it were cobbled together from a trash can with only the rancid bits selected for regurgitation."

15 out of 43 Gold Walkley were awarded to the ABC since 1978, 7 of which went to Four Corners (who was last year's winner):

The Walkley Awards .....

Just because ABC can produce some good documentaries does not mean they can't produce some bad ones. But would you trust the Walkley Awards to be impartial? The awards are judged by the Walkely Judgement Board, which is a who's who of left wing journalists. The Chair and Deputy Chair are both from ABC.

Challenge: Find a recent award that is negative to the left, or positive to the right.

4 corners should be compulsory viewing for for our younger generation, True reporting, Tax funding well spent.
