A policeman is on foot patrol sees a guy walking a penguin down the street.
He stops them and says "You can't walk that penguin on the street, take it to a zoo."
Guy says "OK".
A few days later the copper sees the guy again walking the penguin down the street.
He stops him and says "I thought I told you to take that penguin to a zoo."
The bloke says "I did and he liked it so much today I'm taking him to the cinema."
