Hi everyone, as soon as I can find someone to stay at and look after my place down here on the S/W corner, I intend travelling north towards the warmth. I choose to travel fairly light in a 4WD, with a few toys and creature comforts and solar powered everything. When passing towns along the way, I sometimes stay with friends in town..., but I also have a few favoured 'quiet places', out of town where I like to stay while transiting through the country.., or I can set up a more permanent camp away from the main roads. I prefer to feel a place out..., walk around a bit..., listen to the birds..., take a few pics..., ride the mountain bike around..., go for a paddle or 3...., catch a feed..., string up/stretch out the tarp..., put the hammock in some shade to read and/or just listen. I think you get the picture. It's nice to sometimes have like minded company..., so.., if anyone feels to join me, expressions of interest are welcome ?  
I'm a reasonably capable man who is also reasonably aware and educated.
