I've also heard that vitamin D helps the body react to the vaccine. I think it was in New Scientist.

 Astronauts don't get enough vitamin D during space missions, as they are protected from sunlight exposure and are unable to get enough from their food supply.

I just got off the phone to my doctor to get the results of a blood test and he told me my Vit D is good, so no stress then
