New Vlog will we make 6 months of full time living??

Good morning everyone!

The saga continues, well actually it went on for what seemed like at least a month. I am told that there is usually a breaking in process for MH owners (the breaking in usually being for the owner) I relate!

I did ponder the question whilst dealing with challenge after challenge, is full time for me and the answer was a HELL YES!

I guess the more goes wrong, the more I learn so hopefully in time I will have the skills to deal with the issues as they arise!

I'm mid sixties and sold my house two years past to live on the road.

I watched your video and consider I'm having a far less stressful time than you.

Perhaps learning some basic electrical and mechanical skills would stand you in good stead and relieve the pressure of minor issues with your motorhome?

Yes I most certainly agree those skills would help me through some tricky situations/ even just the basic situation. My current skills are very limited however trying to find the right people or YouTube vlogs that fit my need is little bit difficult. Many like they are written or spoken about in another language. Lol Have you come across many years YouTube vlogs that talk About the basics might assist?

In the midst of a wealth of on-line technology don't forget that thousands of year old source of wisdom... books.

Collyn Rivers is a fount of information regarding all things caravan and motorhome:

I typed "diy motorhome repairs" into the YouTube search and received pages of results.

I have nil eletrical, mechanical skills. I have never experienced the issues this young lady has encountered. My MH & I have been on the road for 10yrs now. While I might have good stories about battling weather, lack of facilities, animal encounters, other drivers, truck drivers, maybe other campers' annoying idiosyncrasies, and lots of things to laugh about. Mechanical issues and electrical issues were easily fixed to keep rolling.
