Good one, I was but a kid when this came out, and when I was dancing at a particular age, it was to Nutbush City Limits, and Peppermint Twist which was quite energetic as well.

That brought back memories Bob. Bill Haley, Little Richard, Big Bopper and if you wanted to smooch it was Buddy Holly. Loved them all!!!!!

Plus there was also THE STOMP.

Absolutely... why go to a GYM when you get get all the work out you wanted on a Friday and Saturday night.

Those were the days my friend, and I think we thought that they would never end.

Alas!!! Yes it is a bygone era and one I thoroughly enjoyed being part of.
