My question is regarding the Toyota coaster layout with the shower over the toilet and no hand basin and having a glass door....is this a problem...how does one have a wash on the morning and how does one use the toilet after I have had a shower(wet feet)...am I missing something here or is the shower/toilet combo an ornament
Welcome to the gang Jab, enjoy here and out in the playground.
I have met a few people with a coaster and have combo toilet shower. They say they just towel dry the combo area so it is dry for when the thrown is needed. hand washing etc is just done in the 'kitchen' sink or just outside.
Keep Safe on the roads and out there.

A square plastic dish on the table will do all the washing up and the hand basin duties -----easy to fill and easy to empty , is light ,cheap , takes up very little room and saves on the associated weight , room volume and complexity of drainage plumbing in a van/camper where weight and room are your enemies.
Hi jab,
Our van has a combo unit - we don't use the was bowl in the top of the flush tank but as KB said, use a plastic bowl, a tap outside. Our ss wash up bowl is far too big so we insert a smaller bowl in it to save water.
We dry the shower area out after use (squeegee, hand towel). Then you don't get wet feet at 3am!

We have a combo shower and toilet as thousands of other vanners do. It is smaller than most, but still very satisfactory. I also fitted a hand bowl and it is well used.
