My Mum got dementia before she passed and could not remember her wild duck recipe. anyone got a wild duck with a pineapple sauce? confuseblankstare

Above with turkey- should work ok with duck too..if too sour put honey with it,melted in..I did this Underground,Hot Rocks cook--2 hrs" Brilliant-"
