They were having some financial woes this time last year with the factory gates under forced closure. They sorted it then but maybe the virus is the final straw.
Their South African Parent was placed into liquidation in February last year for unpaid debts.
Their Australian operations was locked out for the same reason after sales dropped from 44 a month to 12 for the entire year.
They made an arrangement with their creditors to hold off liquidation but it appears that was not enough long term.
My searching shows Incepio aka Stockdale Solutions are an Australian and South African turn-around management consultancy.
I suspect they were brought in to fix the broken company but without success are now winding it up.
