Wet early morns 4-8 am some cold,clouds,wind fog..Dissipitates around 9 am for struggling sunshine of 5-7 hours..Safe roads all over-2 seasons in 1 day so extra warmth needed.MISTY MOUTAINS ADORABLY in character
