SWEET POTATOE & BACON in TOMATOE sauce on pasta.Roast or Frypan sw pot cubes in olive oil.Remove add bacon & onion & garlic..Any Tom sauce/ pasta sauce add oregano & basil,put all cooked ingress together & serve on pasta or spaghetti..Add chilli to taste or paprika & Parm cheese.Very filling & tasty & good for diabetics as sw pot fills your belly for a long time.
