Says a lot about you as a human-being doesn't it . Strange statement for someone who bangs on about being legal in another area and ridicules those who in your opinion MAY not be . Property damage is a crime punishable by law .

Most would realise that my comment about sugar was made in jest.Surely you would  understand that overloaded, unsafe and illegal car and caravans combinations regularly are involved in accidents where people lose their lives? The only thing killed IF sugar was fed into a generator would be the noise.Cheers

Did I say somewhere else that generators are not illegal?

Last time I checked, putting sugar in someone elses fuel tank was illegal.

Even Mr Perfect is not exempt.

As has been pointed out, many rely on a generator for medical reasons and to have a peanut put sugar into the petrol tank just because he has no need for one is one of the most selfish statements that I have ever read on any forum.

I hope we never have to camp near you but even though we do not know you we would quickly learn your identity by the constant boasting on how good you and your equipment are. God spare us all.

Regards

Angie

Pathetic! Did you not read the first line in my previous post? ....."most would realise that my comment about sugar was made in jest" or did you once again simply "look at" that post, without actually reading it? And I sympathise with you for feeling that I am "boasting" when all I have ever done is tell what equipment my vehicles have.If that is "boasting",I apologise profusely for ruffling your feathers. Jealousy is a disease. And,for your advice,I will say that when I am camping, unless I am specifically asked,I rarely discuss my set up for fear of others helping themselves to parts of it in my absence. And you might like to know that my van is an older model, built strongly to suit my needs. The car and van both contain many other "goodies" that I will not mention, for fear of again being accused of "boasting".Have a great day! Cheers

If you want to quieten a generator, make a box & get some engine acoustic insulation for engines from Whitworths Marine.

Maybe but it will most definitely get you in trouble for criminal damage.

Hi Frank....you no doubt realise that one is not a criminal until one gets caught? (Once again,I jest!) Cheers
