We have an Alden Satellite mounted on top of our Travelhome, don't really know how old it is but could be over 10yrs, we had some work done on the roof of the van and now when we turn the satellite on, it doesn't go up properly and sometimes when we put it down it's not aligned. It won't find the satellite and the blue light goes off. Was working fine before we had work done. Is there anyone around Sarina area that could look at this for us? Thanks

Don't know much about Alden Satellite dishes, but as you say, you had some work done on the roof, maybe they have damaged something?
Worth a phone call to get an explanation I think, or at least ask the question if they could have damaged it accidentally.
