DPAW campsite availability during lockdown

I live in the suburbs of Perth, and I am oh so itching to go camping! There are two DPAW campsites within the Perth region, and it looks like three within the Peel region.

Some of them would normally require booking, except DPAW is not currently taking bookings. They do not state that they are closed either. So I am wondering, would it be ok to just turn up at one of these campsites?

I will maintain social distancing, and can even bring my own porta-potti. I camp in a tent. But will the ranger allow it? Anyone have recent experience staying in a DPAW campsite?

Note: we are not allowed to drive to another region, however driving between Perth and Peel is allowed.

Perhaps it is not a good idea to be considering this. Maybe will just camp in my backyard!
I am very curious though, if the DPAW campsites are currently empty, or there are still people camping in them.

Ah, here we are:

Which would mean, someone who is not an "essential traveller" with nowhere else to go, must go home.
