HWS problem

This has been probably done before, but asking for a mate who has a New Age van and his HWS (Swift, I think) is working how he describes as fluttering, on gas only.

It does not fire up with a normal boom, but seems to go up and down in strength.

Any ideas? maybe the Regulator?

Cheers Bob

Had that problem. Was a partially blocked jet. My daughters partner is a gas/plumber, used my oxy cleaners to ream out the jet. All good now.

To get to the jet on the Swift requires quite a bit of disassembly. If you are not confident, employ someone to fix it for you.

Thanks Rod and Greg,............ New Age finally came to the party after a lot of emails etc.

Gasfitter turned up and said it was wrong Air/Gas mix, bit of mucking around and all good now.

Cheers Bob
