Having towed the van up this little hill a couple of years ago, I would doubt there would be any way of turning a rig around anywhere on the 10k climb. Nasty.

The latest information is that it looks like the rocks are going to be blown up with explosives. A bit big to lift up out of the way.

As Greg says it would be next to impossible to find a place to turn around. Not only that I would not like to unhitch the van to try and manhandle it around - the steepness would see the van start downhill by itself!

So, those already on the mountain look like 'free camping' for a day or two!
