Ginger is supposed to help.Google health benefits info.I grate bits,pour boiling water on it & sit 24 hrs,then add water ,& honey & fridge it.Lasts for weeks.A few sips 4-5 X a weeks,or cordials it..No waster- at the end uses the ginger scraps in a marinade mix or stir fry
