Qld to Broome & return 2020

Am hoping to travel across the top end, from Qld to Broome & back, from late April/early May through till late Aug. My trip will start & end in the Wollongong area (NSW). Is anyone else doing this who would like some company? I prefer to 'slow travel'. Cheers everyone, Fran

Hi Fran, sounds like a great trip, did a similar trip last year and am headed to Tassie and northern South Australia this year. It is good to travel in company and still do your own thing, would certainly have been interested. Take care, Pete

Hi, it is a trip I would not mind doing. Do you have friends in Broome or are you just doing your own thing ? I am 70 years old male towing a 25 foot caravan. What about you ? Cheers Joe

Hi Fran
I am travelling solo...across the Nullarbor at the moment. I plan to be in Perth until May housesitting. My plan is to head to Broome sometime early/mid May. I hope to do top of WA for June across to Kununurra and then the Darwin/NT for July. Happy to meet up from time to time if it suits us both. Cas

Hi roker

well the house sitting plan dried up. Not to worry I have family and friends to stay with. Just waiting it out in Perth until regional travel is open again. Getting closer......open from Perth to Lancelin now. Hopefully will get up towards Broome mid June.
