Old tug gone - sad but hopefully glad

We have a new 8 year old tug now replacing our ever reliable super good off road Nov 1996 build 80 Series DX Toyota Land cruiser vehicle which had a major engine failure at 402,000k.

The Discovery 4 SE is 2011 build and has so far towed superbly and is of course a dream to drive.

Also the older I get the more I realise I do not know.

The 80 series had some bad suspension faults, but if you had already had upgrades with ARB or OME - I would have given a new heart (replacement motor) to the Cruiser as a cheaper option to a Disco - although the luxury of Land Rover would be inviting.

Hope you have many miles/kilometres of fun with the newie.
