We have a Jayco Journey, brand new, but surprised the fly screens and combination shade screen allows insects in at an almost epidemic rate.
Im wondering if there is a way of slowing their access.

There is a very fine mesh available for protection from the midges and any tiny insects, I forget the brand name, I had screens made for my 5.5 metre Cruise Craft half cabin for overnight camping on board in places like Wathumba Creek, Fraser Island, after getting eaten alive on my first overnight stopover there.
Fishing & Boating Magazine used to call it "no see em mesh".
I purchased what is called Miniweave, from Bunnings
So far I have replaced the fly-wire on the main door, and one window, I have not tried it out yet, but I should be travelling in the next few weeks
I was informed that because of the smaller holes, it should stop the small midges crawling through But, also because of the smaller holes, it will stop some light, and breeze getting through, that is why I had not replaced every flywire screen

Tony is on the right track with the miniweave did all my windows and screen door and shower exhaust when I had a Jayco pop-top and no more bugs at all.
Still lets the breeze through and plenty of light.
