"One section Barracuda pool cleaner hose ideal size. Plastic tube (joiner) from Bunnings adjusts to outlet spigot size - need to keep tap as the only way to seal whilst taking to suitable dump point. "
Shame you have to go to the additional trouble of putting a tap on the van in case a few dribbles
escape. you wouldn't want that near a watercourse in case it was already overloaded with
council drains and nutriments from council wastewater treatment disposals.
I reckon that the gumbiment should make them free to all caravanners and RV'ers
with a bit of the $50 billion so far paid to the renewable energy device owners.
Something so small when Australia's on fire and dieing under "renewable" energy
constraints.
Yep...Showers and toilet facilities, and all waste from them must be contained in "permanent vehicle fitted tanks that can't be removed". Still wouldn't do the trick.
Why because if you don't have a tank installed nothing will ever be clear enough to you. If it written clear enough then it is an unfair imposition.
Where are other examples of this peculiar perspective? Look no farther than the ten Commandments. They look fiendishly simple and a great set of basic rules don't they. But they are really just an expandable outline for "But that can't apply to me,"
I mean if my circumstances suit me I can do what I like, right? So they write a million laws to justify each and every reason to do what fits just me.
See what I mean when I wrote "speak of these thing only if like to fight?"....
If the cmca or whoever, wrote an actual rule to comply with, no one would join them and pay fees. They would be seen as totally restrictive. So councils, in trying to interpret the wording stuff it up any way.
One camp had "self contained motor home only" sign, and then when quizzed said "but it includes self contained caravans too".
I wonder how many weary travelers moved on due to that sign.
I have never seen any one moved on including tents in these areas. A bloke traveling through will just camp and that it. I have seen it every where, He will move when he feels like it. Think he will pack up cos a council ranger comes along......Only if there is a severe fine attached to the deal and enforced.
They had a permanent (Grey Nomad), caretaker, at the free camp
I asked if it was OK to give the trees inside the fence, near the road, a drink of my grey water
(For those who have never been to Port Hedland, the free camp site is a hard stand of some sort of crushed iron ore fines, where nothing grows)
The answer was no
The caretaker had been informed by the Ranger, that grey water attracts the ants, due to the food, in the grey water
I will admit, that I saw no ants, on my walk to pick up rubbish, which I could not find
