Sticking window

A couple of my Eurovision widows seem to stick to the rubber seal if not used for some time. Such as in storage. Does anyone have a solution to stop this? I did think of rubbing something on the seal such as olive oil, but this could effect the rubber.

Hi. I just spray some silicon oil on a rag and wipe it on the rubber. Simple.

Silicone oil would do the job, but it can never be cleaned off afterwards.
I would use some lanoline which I know from industrial experience will not harm the rubber.
Cheers,
Peter

I always rub talcum powder onto my rubber window seals, never sticky.

Sounds like, lanolin it is. Thanks
