 You are required to have completed your rest break by 5hrs 30min, so by 5hrs 15 min, you must of started, had 30 minutes rest before 8hrs and 1hr before 11 hrs.

I believe that the information is correct, so many people are confused, even where I work and have these figures drummed into us all the time.
