Sadly a near new Avan Camper was stolen recently at Batemans Bay while the owner had it parked in a local roadside spot for sale - what a mean nasty act by someone . But it brings to light just how easy it is for this to happen . I have heard of units with ball and wheel locks just being dragged away by a chain . If you don't have time to sit there probably better to advertise local and inspection by appointment . Or in the Grey Nomad for sale ..... Needless to say this on top of the for sale scams going on is despicable .

Some overseas Tourists advertised a motorhome for sale, desperate to sell quickly to meet their flight arrangements  and the scammers contacted with the story they were at sea on a cruise and to allow it picked up by a truck , with a request to add the freight cost to the bill , which of course was never paid nor the purchase price.
