Hi all
I am having some technical issues with my breakaway system, just changed battery, test button wont do anything unless I have a charger connected to the external charge ports.
Appreciate any help

Firstly, can I suggest a couple of the obvious options.
Is the new battery already fully charged?
When you connected the new battery did you connect the terminals to the correct polarity?
Is the replacement battery of the same size and voltage.
Most of these issues are obvious ones in most cases, just double check everything in the first instance.
