12volt fridge and freezer 91ltr primus

any information would be  most welcome, hello everybody my first time on forum , i have a 12volt fridge and freezer 91ltr  and im not sure as to whether i should   mt it in the pajero or in the stockman pod trailer   i have two deep cycle batterys and ctek 250 chargerdont need smart pass as 1999 pajero, is the distance from alternator to trailer too far for suitable charging of deep cycle batterys and would i have to put air vents in the side of trailer to keep the fridge cool when lid is down travelling thank you james
