Thank you so much.

We are not sure its working or its all there. There is no on/off switch, and we are not sure what to do to get to work :(

 Hi Grams, you don't need to do anything if it is in working condition. When you plug into 240 Volt it will supply power to your van. The fuses on the right of pic are for the circuits it is supplying. If you have a battery in the van, it will also charge that battery if it has been wired so.

Plug in and check everything.
